To support our continued expansion plans, we are currently recruiting for a Assistant Manager to join our hardworking, dedicated team in this busy centre.

About the role
As a Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the Centre Manager who will train you in all aspects of how to manage the operation in all areas including people, service operations, car count, profit, sales and administrative duties.
This is a hands-on role; our Assistant Managers also spend time in the service bays with the team, assisting when necessary to ensure a seamless and timely operation is maintained.
You should be qualified to a minimum of Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance, able to carry out minor fast fit repairs or servicing as and when required, according to the demands of the business operation. The ideal candidate will:
Be proactive with a positive attitude and a desire to deliver great customer service
Be sales driven, aiming to meet and exceed financial targets set for the centre
Look to assist the team in continuing to build a strong reputation for our brand within the local area
