Two day Nanny role in Winchester, SO23
This family are looking for a nanny for their two young children aged and 1 and 3 years. The role is 9am to 5pm for two days a week ideally a Wednesday and Thursday, but one could be swapped for a Monday. There may be days when one of the parents is working from home however, this is a sole charge, live out position.
Duties to include setting up age appropriate activities at home, attending local classes/groups, planning fun days out, preparing healthy meals/snacks and all usual nursery duties i.e. keeping children’s areas tidy, laundry, beds etc.
The children are both very chatty and friendly; they enjoy going for walks to feed the ducks, park trips, reading books, crafts and baking. The family would love to find a warm and kind nanny who can match their energy. The home is based in central Winchester with lots of great walkable amenities and there is parking available on their road.

Minimum experience Level for this job: Minimum of two years experience in a similar role
Details of any training needed for this job: Paediatric first aid
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: Either a formal childcare qualification or suitable knowledge of the EYFS
Hours of work: 8 hours a day
Days required: 2 days a week
Pets in the home: 2 cats
Driving required: Ideally a driver however there are lots of walkable places as based centrally
Job Start Date: February 2026
Pay: £16 gross per hour. Approx. £13,312 gross per annum for the two days.
