Summary
Nanny/mother’s help morning role with a young baby in Winchester, SO22
This family are looking for a nanny/mother’s help to assist with care of their little boy, who will be 5 months at the start of the role. The hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 11am (can accommodate a later start time). This is a shared care position however, will need someone who is confident being in sole charge if needed.
Duties to include planning age-appropriate activities to encourage their sons developmental milestones, sterilising, nappy care and all usual nursery duties (children’s laundry, keeping children’s areas tidy etc)
The ideal nanny will need to have excellent baby experience and knowledge of best practice current guidelines. Someone who could share advise and discuss ideas on sleep training, weaning, wake windows, age appropriate nap lengths etc to help gently encourage good sleep habits. The family would like a friendly, calm and easy going Nanny, who is happy to work alongside mum to encourage their outgoing little ones development.
This role would be worked on a self-employed basis. There may be the possibility of the contract extending, if agreed by both parties.
