What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering inspirational, targeted SEN teaching to small groups and individuals
• Crafting bespoke, multi-sensory learning programmes to maximise student progress
• Collaborating closely with parents, therapists, and outside agencies
• Leading on EHCP reviews, implementing robust strategies for individual needs
• Tracking, evidencing, and celebrating rapid student progress with the leadership team

Ideal SEN Teacher for this Havering School:
• UK-trained, with QTS and exceptional classroom management
• Previous experience in SEN settings, or strong placements with SEND focus
• Good or Outstanding graded references from recent SEN or mainstream roles
• ECTs with genuine passion and clear impact during training highly encouraged
• Driven to push boundaries, inspire pupils, and embrace evidence-led practice
