• Leading on EHCP reviews, implementing robust strategies for individual needs
• Tracking, evidencing, and celebrating rapid student progress with the leadership team
Ideal SEN Teacher for this Havering School:
• UK-trained, with QTS and exceptional classroom management
• Previous experience in SEN settings, or strong placements with SEND focus
• Good or Outstanding graded references from recent SEN or mainstream roles
• ECTs with genuine passion and clear impact during training highly encouraged
