Job Title: Legal PA - Private Client & Tax
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join their Private Client & Tax Group. This role offers the opportunity to support senior fee earners within a highly regarded and specialist team, providing high-quality PA and administrative support in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing comprehensive PA support to partners and fee earners within the Private Client & Tax team
* Managing busy diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
* Preparing, amending and formatting legal documents and correspondence
* Handling client communications with professionalism and discretion
* Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate case records
* Managing billing, time recording and expenses
* Liaising with internal departments and external contacts
* General administrative support as required
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience as a Legal PA or senior legal secretary
* Experience within Private Client, Tax, or a related practice area is highly desirable
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Excellent attention to detail and document production skills
* Confident communication skills and a proactive, professional approach
* High level of discretion and confidentiality
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
