Hourly Rate: £12.26 per hour
Shifts: 8pm-8am
Contracted Hours: 38.5 hours per week working on 3 on 3 off rota OR 33 hours per week working on a flexible rota, no set shifts

What will you do as a Night Care Practitioner?

Working during nighttime hours, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and well cared for. Responsibilities include:

Providing personal care and assistance: Helping residents with hygiene, dressing, and mobility needs during the night.
Monitoring and responding to needs: Conducting regular checks, addressing any nighttime concerns, and supporting residents with dignity and respect.
Encouraging restful sleep: Creating a calm and comfortable environment while assisting with evening and early morning routines.
Supporting emotional wellbeing: Offering reassurance and companionship to residents who may feel unsettled during the night.
Maintaining high standards: Ensuring cleanliness and safety across the care home during your shift.
Recording and reporting: Documenting observations and any incidents clearly for day staff handovers.
Teamwork and flexibility: Working closely with your colleagues to provide seamless, high-quality care.
