Summary

Care Practitioner Days. St Helens Hall Care Home

Hourly Rate: £12.26 per hour
Contract: 33 hours per week, 3 shifts per week, flexibility required, no set shifts
Shifts: 8am - 8pm

Responsibilities as a Care Practitioner:

Participate in required training to advance your skills
Support residents with personal care, daily routines, and engagement in activities
Provide emotional support and companionship
Promote enriched, fulfilling lifestyles tailored to residents’ interests, preferences, and abilities
Uphold high standards of care within the home environment
Collaborate within a flexible team to meet our residents’ diverse needs

A genuine interest in health and social care (experience welcome but not required)
Flexibility to work varied shifts based on resident needs
