The company is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Marketing Manager to support its continued growth. As the business expands and we plan to grow it online, this role will play a key part in marketing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing managers (SoC: 2432) require Marketing Manager to perform skilled functions essential to business growth, including: Key Responsibilities (SOC 2432 aligned): Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to promote products, services, and the brand. Plan and manage promotional campaigns, including product offers, discounts, seasonal events, and new launches. Monitor marketing budgets, targets, and timelines, and review performance against objectives. Analyse customer behaviour, sales trends, and footfall to support business growth. Manage local and digital marketing activities, including community promotions and online selling preparation. Oversee customer communications and feedback to improve engagement and satisfaction. Ensure in-store branding, signage, and promotional displays are kept up to date. Support the promotion and communication of Post Office services when required.
SALARY RANGE: GBP £35000 to £51000 or depending upon experience
LOCATION: 2 Whitehill Rd, Ellistown, Coalville, LE67 1EL
JOB TYPE: Full-time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week.
