The Office of the Traffic Commissioner (OTC) plays a vital role in regulating lorry, bus, and coach operators, and their drivers across Great Britain and Northern Ireland. As an OTC Administrative Officer, you’ll be at the heart of this mission—reviewing applications, analysing cases, and preparing evidence for key regulatory decisions. Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
- Identify, analyse and collate all relevant information to draft the following on behalf of the TCs, or to enable them to consider what action to take:
- Public Inquiry case submissions, call up letters, briefs and appeals
- Disciplinary case submissions
- Decision outcomes
