You will be able to find a full Job description and Person Specification attached within the supporting documents or please click "Apply now" to view in Trac You will be part of a dynamic team within the MTS providing support and advice to major trauma patients across the areas of Polytrauma Unit, Critical Care, Spinal Injuries Unit, Surgery and Medicine. The MTPLP will offer compassionate support and will advocate for the needs of patients and families/carers, developing a robust resource to signpost to the most appropriate services and third sector partners. As well as a dynamic, friendly working environment we offer a full induction programme and an individual personal development plan. Our educational pathway supports ongoing development enabling all staff to maximise their potential in providing safe and effective care.
