Estate Agent - Negotiator (Residential Sales)
OTE Range £30,000 to £35,000.
Location: Bognor, West Sussex
Basic Salary Range £24,000.

We are currently looking for an additional Sales Negotiator to join our Team.
The Role and Responsibilities.
This is a front-line Sales based role. You will spend most of your time on the telephone influencing our customers to book viewings and appraisals, handling canvassing and accompanying appointments.
It is a challenging position in a competitive industry that will require strong people skills and a high level of personal influence. The position requires bucket loads of drive, determination, and focus. Negotiators are expected to maintain high standards of professional conduct with all clients and promote the success of the company and maximise opportunity.
Responsibilities Include:
To work on identifying, capturing, and closing new business
Managing, calling, and mining the client database.
Booking and carrying out viewings.
Actively managing, preparing, and delivering canvassing campaigns. This includes leaflet dropping.
General office administration.
Note: This is not an extensive list, other tasks and responsibilities will be required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
You MUST:

Have a full UK driving license (with no or minimal driving convictions) and access to your own vehicle.

You will be a driver with access to a suitable vehicle to transport you to your appointment locations .
You will be very IT capable with excellent keyboard and general computer skills.
You will possess excellent people skills and be a good listener, supporting strong communication skills, both written and verbal, face to face and on the telephone.
You will be strongly driven, ambitious in nature and relentless in your pursuit of success and achievement.
You will have an eye for detail and naturally be diligent.
You will actually care about delivering on your promises, the welfare of your clients and succeeding in your purpose of trading with clients while generating positive reviews.
You will have a flexible approach to work, using your own initiative to manage your time and solve problems.
You will be well presented, punctual, professional and polite.
You must be educated to at least GCSE C or above in 5 or more subjects including Maths and English.
Life experience that will support personal understanding of the challenges of purchasing and selling a house will provide a major advantage.
Office Hours : 08:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Saturdays (which are worked on a rota basis). This is a 5 day working week, divided over 6 days.
What’s on Offer
OTE - new industry entrants Circa £30,000 - £35,000
Basic salary range £24,000 to £25,000, or more, depending on level of Estate Agency experience.
Mileage claim / car allowance.
Team-based commissions.
Personal-based cash sales incentives.
Full systems training.
20 Days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays + additional days for long service.
