Action Staffing is recruiting for a Senior Nursery Practitioner to lead a room within a high-quality nursery setting.
This role is ideal for an experienced Level 3 Practitioner ready for more responsibility or an existing Room Leader looking for a better salary package (up to £30k).
THE ROLE:
Lead the daily running of the room, supporting the management team.
Act as a key person, observing and planning for children’s development.
Mentor junior staff and apprentices.
Ensure the room meets all EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification: Level 3 Diploma in Childcare (Essential).
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a nursery setting.
Skills: Strong knowledge of the EYFS and ability to lead a small team.
Passion: energetic, fun, and committed to high-quality care.
BENEFITS:
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum.
