Ready to impact a better future?As a Candidate Experience Administrator in our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting high-volume recruitment for PECS by ensuring smooth vetting, ITC booking, and proactive candidate engagement. Your work will help candidates feel supported and ready for their new roles, reducing drop-out risk and enabling successful starts.
This role is all about creating a positive experience for candidates during a critical stage of their journey. By managing processes accurately and maintaining clear communication, you’ll help deliver operational success and make a real difference to communities through the services we provide.
What you’ll do as a Candidate Experience AdministratorYou’ll be entrusted to:

Deliver end-to-end administration of vetting and ITC booking processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Verify candidate documentation thoroughly to meet vetting standards.

Track candidate progress across multiple systems and maintain data integrity.

Engage proactively with candidates before ITCs, providing reassurance and support.

Act as a key contact for candidates, resolving queries and preventing attendance risks.

Coordinate ITC bookings, including logistics and accommodation approvals.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Handle sensitive data securely, complying with GDPR and organisational policies.
