Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support and intervention strategies to clients with complex needs.
Mentor and supervise junior practitioners and support staff, fostering a culture of professional development.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery and effective case management.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans in line with best practices.
Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to meet desired outcomes.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and professional standards.
Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance relevant skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in case management and assessment processes.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical standards in service delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:45
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £24.52
