Crynodeb
Please fully review the attached job description and person specification. To lead, manage and strategically develop clinical pharmacy and medicines management services to the Surgery Division, with support from a range of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and the wider MDT. To line manage the Specialist Clinical Pharmacists and other team members as required within the Surgical pharmacy team. To support the Specialist Clinical Pharmacists and other team members in the surgical care group in delivering the best possible clinical pharmacy service within the assigned resources. To provide an expert level patient-facing clinical service to one, or more clinical areas within the Surgical Care Group Develop collaborative working relationships: to communicate, maintain professionally-driven working relationships and gain the co-operation of others. Demonstrate leadership by inspiring individuals and teams to achieve high standards of performance and personal development. Organise and deliver service objectives. Deliver the education, training and development of others and promote a learning culture within the organisation. Use research to deliver effective practice and identify and undertake research to inform practice. To take full part in the 7 day shifted rota and bank holidays duties and partake in general clinical pharmacy duties. The post holder will be expected to spend time at both the Queen's Medical Centre, Nottingham City Campuses and National Rehabilitation Center.
