Crynodeb
Attend MDT meetings and co-ordinate care and list planning for oesophageal and gastric cancer patients Perform audit of overall activity of the unit and supervise collection and presentation of mandatory morbidity and mortality data The post holder will be accountable for improving and complying with infection control practices and independently operate (STU) to support the Hot Gall bladder service and help reduce waiting lists for routine day-case surgery, such as inguinal hernia. Post holder will be able to do Consultant General Surgery on-call as required to support the needs of the department, which would be subject to remuneration if outside working hours.
