We are pleased to offer a vacancy for a part time, Band 2 Ward Clerk to work at Rochdale Infirmary.
The post holder will provide a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to the unit staff and will be responsible for the safe keeping and availability of all clinical records relating to patients and the smooth running of the unit office. They will also provide general assistance to the unit staff.
• Answering of calls regarding advice and referrals
• Directing patients to the correct department/member of staff to deal with the issue.
• Filing and admin responsibilities
• Completion of online information systems, which update patient medical records
