Summary


There is an exciting opportunity for a Ward Clerk to work on TASU Ward T8 at the Oldham Royal Hospital.

Our vision is to deliver care of the highest quality whilst shaping and developing our highly motivated workforce. We are keen to employ a ward clerk with experience, however are happy to train someone with interest in this post in our expanding our Team.

The hours are part time, 36hours and are a mix of long days and short shifts (earlies and lates).

Although set days will be predominantly rostered, cross covering on other days will be required to support annual leave. Staff will be expected to cover on both T7 and TASU during periods of staff absence. Weekend working will be involved.

You will work alongside 2 other Ward Clerks who will assist in any training requirements.
• To correctly undertake tasks that have been delegated.
• To record information accurately and pass it to the relevant people in the team in a timely manner.
• To respect the individual’s privacy, dignity and beliefs
• Establish and maintain communication with people on routine and operational matters.
