Classic ResourcesUK is a leading provider of domiciliary care services dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals at home in need of support. We are currently seeking experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our team. If you are a caring and experienced individual with a valid and clean driver's license and access to your own vehicle, then we want to hear from you.

The work is in client's homes in areas such as Middlesbrough, Great Ayton, Stokesley, Stockton on Tees and Ingleby Barwick.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with their daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Administer prescribed medications as directed by the client's healthcare provider.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with dietary requirements.
Provide support for clients with mobility issues, including transfers, ambulation, and the use of mobility aids.
Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations and recreational activities.
Drive to clients' homes and assist with transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other essential errands.
Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition.
Regularly communicate with the care coordinator and healthcare team to report any concerns or changes in the client's status.

Requirements:
A minimum of 3 months of prior experience as a Health Care Assistant in a similar role.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for transporting clients.
Must have a compassionate approach to care.
Strong commitment to providing high-quality care
Punctuality, dependability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Successful completion of a criminal background check.
