Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team at our site in Shaw (OL2). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene and ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all.

Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in designated areas.
Ensure all surfaces are sanitised
Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with environmental guidelines.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications
Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is key.
Strong customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK
You must have a clean, valid Enhanced DBS
Shift times: Monday - Friday 15:30-17:30, a total of 10 hours per week, 43 weeks so you will be expected to work 38 weeks term time (no holidays can be booked off) 5 days (1 week) inset days and 4 weeks deep clean which will be thru the holidays. Normally 1 week easter, 2 weeks summer (end of august) and 1 week October holidays. This site is paid Pro Rata

Paid Monthly on 5th working day of every month
