As a Workforce Management Lead Scheduler in our Maritime Services team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting workforce management and administration, helping to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be entrusted to:
- Lead the implementation of workforce management (WFM) technology, including Time2Work and Maximo SEAMS, acting as the key point of contact for your site.
- Provide administration and support for scheduling, maintaining key master data, and supporting the use of digital tools.
- Champion the setup and use of mobile tools, advising and assisting colleagues on IT and application use.
- Manage staff rosters, work patterns, and workforce planning, ensuring new processes for leave, training, and absences are followed.
- Approve annual leave requests, manage daily timesheets, and resolve application exceptions.
- Attend briefings, provide reports, and support the business with general administration as required.
