Can you provide exceptional administrative and customer support throughout the employer and learner onboarding process for UCS College Group’s skills provision? The Onboarding Co-ordinator will ensure that all learners and employers experience a smooth, efficient, and professional start to their journey.
Working across Apprenticeships and other training programmes, you will ensure all compliance, documentation and data requirements are met accurately and on time. You will liaise with employers, learners and internal teams to collect and process information, resolve queries and maintain the highest standards of service.
