Summary

The University of Plymouth is undertaking a major transformation programme to enhance our Student Record System (SRS), ensuring an excellent experience for both staff and students. We have procured SITS by Tribal as our new system, and the programme is now well advanced, with significant progress toward implementation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a critical stage and play a key role in delivering this ambitious project.

About the Role

We are recruiting an SRS Administrator to provide essential administrative and communication support to the programme team. Working under the direction of a Project Manager, you will:

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Assist with reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure smooth delivery of programme activities through proactive organisation and communication.

You will be based at our city centre campus two days per week, with flexibility for remote working as business needs allow.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 31 July 2026 due to Business Demand.

Interviews are expected to take place: Week commencing Monday 12 January 2026

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating meetings, events, and UAT sessions.
• Taking accurate minutes and distributing actions promptly.
• Maintaining project documentation and intranet content.
• Processing orders and maintaining audit trails.
• Responding to stakeholder enquiries and supporting internal communications.
