Summary

About the role This role is the key liaison between clinicians and the Operations Team. You’ll provide prompt, accurate support with clinical processes, documentation and systems, helping clinicians complete assessments and reports efficiently. Working closely with the Service Lead, you’ll resolve issues, prevent delays and maintain smooth workflow across the diagnostic pathway. You’ll be a calm, confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills. While the role is non-clinical, experience in healthcare, psychology or clinical environments is desirable. Key Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for clinician queries on processes, workflow and systems Resolve issues quickly and professionally, escalating when needed Monitor workflow, identify delays and support timely assessments and reports Maintain positive relationships with clinicians and internal teams Support quality standards, governance and safeguarding requirements Use systems to track schedules, documentation and performance data Contribute to service improvements and operational efficiency About You Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Calm, empathetic and solution-focused Strong organisation, attention to detail and prioritisation Confident handling sensitive information and safeguarding matters Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems Knowledge of clinical processes or terminology (desirable) What we offer 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays 3 paid “festive days” Private Health Insurance Employee Discount Platform EAP Service Pension Contribution Training and development opportunities A culture that challenges the norm – as a family run business, we know how important a fair, flexible employer that listens and cares is.
