Summary
Are you passionate about supporting children to live safe, happy, and fulfilling lives at home? We are looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic community children’s support workers to join our growing team in Milton Keynes.
This is a rewarding role where you will provide one-to-one support to children in their own homes and community, helping them develop independence, confidence, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and support to children in their own homes and local community
* Promote independence and support children with daily routines and activities
* Assist with personal care where required
* Encourage emotional, physical, and social well-being.
* Build positive relationships with children and their families
* Work closely with parents, guardians, and professionals to deliver person-centred care
* Maintain accurate records in line with company policies and safeguarding requirements
Requirements
*Driver with own car
*Experience in supporting children either in residential settings or within their own homes (essential)
* A kind, compassionate, and patient approach
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
