Are you motivated by building strong customer relationships and driving commercial success? Coloplast is looking for an ONPOS (Online Non Prescription Ordering Service) Account Manager to play a key role in supporting our ONPOS platform, ensuring customers gain maximum value while helping us grow revenue across key accounts. This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration, insight, and delivering solutions that make a real difference to healthcare professionals and their patients.

About the Role

As ONPOS Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue across key accounts while maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships. You’ll provide regular optimisation calls and deliver valuable insights into customer usage, ensuring our solutions align with customer needs and objectives. You’ll support new account implementations virtually, gaining a deep understanding of ordering patterns and working closely with regional teams to resolve any supply or ordering issues quickly and effectively. This role also involves analysing ONPOS Power BI data to track progress, proactively engaging with customers to identify opportunities, and delivering product demonstrations and training to drive continued usage. You’ll attend regional business reviews to share learnings and collaborate with the ONPOS System Lead to address account requests and system requirements.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a sales professional with experience in account management, ideally with knowledge of wound care or healthcare, though this is not essential. You’ll bring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with Power BI data analysis and Salesforce (SFDC) is desirable, alongside proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change. Prospecting skills to identify future opportunities will be key, as will a proactive, curious mindset and a strong desire to succeed within an ethical framework. Above all, we’re looking for someone forward-thinking, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
