Location: Elephant & Castle (3 days/week) & High Wycombe (2 days/week)
Salary: £30,000 + discretionary bonus

We are an established professional services provider with a diverse and expanding property portfolio. We are looking for an experienced and organized Property & Lettings Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties.

JOB DUTIES
Manage property listings and oversee all lettings activity across online portals.
Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
Carry out property inspections and address snagging issues as needed.
Prepare tenancy agreements and renewals in line with current legislation.
Ensure compliance with all rental regulations, including HMO licensing, Gas Safety, and EICRs.
Oversee rent collection, payments, and management of arrears.
Register tenant deposits and handle dispute resolution efficiently.
Process and approve invoices while managing property budgets effectively.
Maintain up-to-date safety certifications and legal compliance across all properties.
Schedule and manage remedial works, maintenance plans, and inspections.
Keep detailed and accurate records of all tenancy, compliance, and maintenance documentation.
Handle all administrative aspects of property and tenancy management.
Job Requirements
Full UK driving license (essential)
Proven experience in property management and lettings
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Strong understanding of UK property compliance and legislation
Ability to work independently and travel between sites as required
