Aspect Maintenance is looking for a Environmental Services Trade Manager to lead our dedicated teams in Pest Control, Waste Clearance, Specialist Cleaning, and Garden Maintenance. As our Environmental Services Trade Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and continued success of these vital service lines.

What you'll be doing:
* Overseeing daily operations for pest control, waste clearance, specialist cleaning, and garden maintenance teams
* Managing and mentoring operatives, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards
* Optimizing resource allocation and scheduling to maximize efficiency and service delivery
* Conducting quality control checks and implementing improvements to service delivery
* Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations
* Building strong client relationships and addressing any service-related inquiries or issues
* Ensuring health and safety compliance across all environmental service activities
Identifying and implementing best practices and innovative solutions within the environmental services sector
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in a management role within environmental services, facilities management, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of pest control, waste management, specialist cleaning techniques, and garden maintenance practices
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
* Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* A commitment to health and safety and environmental best practices
* Full UK driving license is essential
