Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
Lead and coach cross-functional teams to deliver digital projects and products.Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, and psychological safety within teams.Track financials and manage commercial aspects to ensure value for money.Promote high standards of quality, user-centered design, and continuous improvement.Champion Agile and Lean ways of working, coaching teams in iterative delivery.Remove obstacles and facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders.Collaborate with internal and external partners to align delivery with strategic goals.Plan team capacity and priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Great line management is important to us as an organisation, and we will equip and support line managers to develop the skills they need.
