Summary

This role will work within the Policy, Digital & Data Directorate. The role holder will play a pivotal role enabling and leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver digital projects and products. They will lead teams by example, fostering collaboration and removing obstacles.

The role holder will coach and enable teams, identifying practices to optimise quality, improve processes, and demonstrate value delivery for their context. Their proven ability to facilitate effective communication and empower teams will be crucial in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of digital solutions that align with user needs and stakeholder objectives.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

Lead and coach cross-functional teams to deliver digital projects and products.Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, and psychological safety within teams.Track financials and manage commercial aspects to ensure value for money.Promote high standards of quality, user-centered design, and continuous improvement.Champion Agile and Lean ways of working, coaching teams in iterative delivery.Remove obstacles and facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders.Collaborate with internal and external partners to align delivery with strategic goals.Plan team capacity and priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
