**Location:** Peterborough
**Hours:** Full-time, 36 hours per week (including alternate weekends)

Were looking for a **creative, passionate Activities Coordinator** to join our team at **Cherry Blossom Care Home** . This is a hands-on role where youll work closely with residents, families, and the wider community to deliver engaging activities that support both physical and mental health.
**What youll do:**
* Plan and deliver a variety of activities that enrich residents lives
* Encourage hobbies, interests, and new experiences
* Organise events and outings, managing schedules and budgets
* Share stories and moments that celebrate life in our home
**About you:**
* A natural people person with strong organisational skills
* At least **1 year of experience** in a similar role (care home experience preferred)
* Creative, enthusiastic, and adaptable
* Excellent communication and planning skills
