About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic SCITT Development Officer to join our dedicated and forward-thinking team at the Leicester and Leicestershire SCITT, part of The Mead Educational Trust (TMET).
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a culture of excellence, ambition, and inclusion. The successful candidate will have a commitment to securing the best outcomes for all learners and play an active role in shaping a safe and positive school environment.
To provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient administration and development service for the SCITT and wider activity.
The Senior Administration and Development Officer role requires outstanding verbal and written communicative skills along with a substantial level of self-reliance, creativity and initiative.

• To produce high quality promotional resources for the SCITT, within budget, and ensure their distribution to appropriate audiences.
