Key aspects of the role:

  • You'll be coring holes, fitting PIV's and fans for the Damp & Mould scheme.
  • Ensure works are compliant with up-to-date regulations and safety standards.
  • Attend emergency callouts and maintenance requests.
  • Liaise with tenants, housing officers and management to ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Working 8-4:30pm Monday to Friday.

What you'll need:

  • Essential criteria:

    • C&G 2360 Part 1&2 Electrotechnical Competences plus the NVQ 3 Certificate 2356 with Technical Certs L2&3 plus the NVQ 3 Certificate or NVQ 3 2356 certificate
    • 18th Edition
    • Full UK driving license (maximum 5 points)

    Desirable:

    • Unvented Hot Water Certificate Water Regulations Certificate Part P
    • JIPB H&S Test Certificate with Current JIBP card
    • Testing & Inspecting Certificate C&G 2377
    • PAT Certificate
