Key aspects of the role:
- You'll be coring holes, fitting PIV's and fans for the Damp & Mould scheme.
- Ensure works are compliant with up-to-date regulations and safety standards.
- Attend emergency callouts and maintenance requests.
- Liaise with tenants, housing officers and management to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Working 8-4:30pm Monday to Friday.
What you'll need:

Essential criteria:
- C&G 2360 Part 1&2 Electrotechnical Competences plus the NVQ 3 Certificate 2356 with Technical Certs L2&3 plus the NVQ 3 Certificate or NVQ 3 2356 certificate
- 18th Edition
- Full UK driving license (maximum 5 points)
Desirable:
- Unvented Hot Water Certificate Water Regulations Certificate Part P
- JIPB H&S Test Certificate with Current JIBP card
- Testing & Inspecting Certificate C&G 2377
- PAT Certificate
