Administrative Assistant
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Pay rate £13.26 per hour
An opportunity has arisen for a temporary position within thr Social Care Charging Team which is part of the Financial Management and Accounting Division.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the council's financial databases, processing payments & raising invoices and assisting in day-to-day workloads & office routines (including mail, scanning & electronic filing).
- Training will be provided in terms of system processes & procedures and completion of financial tasks.
- The roll will require a level of financial and ICT literacy.
- Candidates would be expected to have good communications skills both written and verbal and have a keen willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of services provided by the Council's Community & Children's Services Group is desirable although not essential.
