Summary

Location: Garth Olwg Community Campus Hours: 37 per week (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30)

Pay Rates: £14.59 PAYE / £19.10 Umbrella

The Role
The Administrator will support the day-to-day running of the Music Service during a busy project period. Working within a small team of assistants, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the service.
Key Responsibilities
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Assisting tutors with day-to-day queries
Supporting the organisation of lessons and events
Providing administrative support to the wider Music Service team
Ensuring compliance with council policies and safeguarding responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate professionally with parents, tutors, and colleagues
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Flexibility to meet the demands of the service area
A passion for music is desirable
