Crynodeb

Rosetta Arts is seeking two passionate, experienced visual arts facilitators to join our freelance team for THRIVE. Through THRIVE, we will work with schools and cultural partners to deliver new arts-led Science and History curricula, and a creative careers programme for year 5 pupils in Newham. THRIVE will be delivered by Rosetta Arts, in partnership with Eko Trust, Contemporary Visual Arts Network London (CVAN London), and Newham Council’s Heritage Service.

We are looking for two artists to co-create curricula and lead on facilitating the programme in schools, alongside two trainee artist facilitators. One lead artist will focus on co-creation and delivery of the History curriculum and the other will do the same for Science. Both artists will work on developing and delivering the creative careers programme.

We are looking for artists with an established visual arts practice, confident working with diverse groups of children including those with SEND and EAL, and who are committed to co-creation, empathy, and inclusive practice.

You will take part in co-creation sessions with THRIVE partners to develop the curriculum in Spring Term 2026. In the Summer Term 2026, you will lead inclusive, visual arts sessions across two schools in Newham, and arts-based teacher CPD workshops.
