Working Pattern: Mon to Fri 7.30 am to 4.30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Contract Type: Permanent

ISS are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Assistant with a minimum of 1 years’ experience working within a fast paced environment at one of our prestige sites. Serving tea & coffee refreshments, hospitality lunches to serving Fine Dining and canape evenings

The Role

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be required to ensure that our customers’ refreshments needs are delivered with style and professionalism, you need to be passionate about the service and experiences that you deliver as you are about the delicious food and drink you are serving

About You

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to identify and resolve issues and challenges to meet and exceed the expectations of our client
• Strong communicator able to communicate with clients, operations, suppliers, and team with prior client facing experience.
• Positive attitude to change and ability to be flexible to the changing priorities of the role.
• Ability to prioritise workloads appropriately.
• A clear understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion
• A level of computer literacy including Excel; PowerPoint; Word; Financial Systems; Web and Mobile Applications
