As SENCo, you will:
· Lead and manage the provision for pupils with SEND across the school.
· Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.
· Develop and implement effective strategies to raise achievement and inclusion for all learners.
· Oversee EHCP processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
What were looking for:
· Qualified teacher status (QTS) and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to work towards it).
· Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· A proactive, compassionate approach to supporting pupils and families.
