Is your superpower making things run like clockwork, while making people feel genuinely welcome? ❤️
We're looking for a dedicated to be the operational heart of a vital for a -based homelessness charity. You will be the key leader ensuring the hub is a safe, inclusive, and thriving space for everyone who walks through the door.

✅️ Line manage and coach a small, passionate team of staff and volunteers. Be their champion!
✅️ Oversee the day-to-day running, including a crucial and warehouse operations. Think efficient systems and smooth running.
✅️ Build fantastic partnerships with local agencies and promote the Hub to ensure we're meeting community needs.
✅️ Ensure the physical building, safeguarding, and health & safety are impeccable—creating a truly welcoming environment. ️
' : Every week, you will directly enable the delivery of critical support, providing essential building blocks for people facing homelessness and poverty in our community. . ✨

✅️ Proven experience managing staff and services.
✅️ A strong grasp of safeguarding and health & safety principles.
✅️ You're exceptionally organised with a keen eye for detail and compliance.
✅️ You are passionate about community and creating truly welcoming spaces. (Non-negotiable!)
