Role: Contact Centre Worker
Location: Derby
Hours: 4hrs on a Saturday
Salary: £12.80 per hour
Closing date: 12th December 2025
About the Role
We are seeking additional staff to deliver on our service which supports children to spend time with the parent they do not live with.
You will:
> Operate child contact centres in line with organisational and NACCC standards.
> Safeguard children and adhere to all safeguarding and confidentiality policies.
> Support families through the contact process, encouraging positive interaction.
> Carry out risk assessments and health & safety checks.
> Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required.
> Work collaboratively with volunteers and colleagues.
> Have a level 3 qualification in childcare or health and social care and/or 2yrs equivalent experience.
