Treat patients and colleagues with compassion and respect at all times Deliver safe, and effective clinical care seeing patients within a personal case load seeking support, instruction, and advice fromsenior clinical team members where required. Provide safe, and effective clinical care by providing clinical review of patients being seen by junior clinical team members under the post holders supervision. Support delivery of the emergency departments key performance standards through motivated adherence to key standards and by seeking support and advice from within the wider emergency care team when required. Write clear, concise and contemporaneous patient focused medical records Practice with honesty and integrity and in full compliance with the GMC standards for good clinical practice Actively participate in and support the departments clinical research activity. Actively participate in the departments education and training program both in receiving and delivering education and training. Actively participate in the departmental, hospital and trust wide clinical governance and patient safety activities. Promote, and actively participate in the department's health and well-being at work programs.
