Are you passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of young people? Northridge Care Group is looking for dedicated Residential Childcare Practitioners to join our team, supporting young people to thrive in a safe, nurturing and supportive environment.
In this role, you’ll:
Be a key worker, supporting children with care planning, daily routines, and life skills.
Provide consistent, warm, and empowering care that respects each young person’s individual needs.
Help young people manage challenges, celebrate achievements, and build brighter futures.
Safeguard and advocate for young people, ensuring their voices are heard and rights respected.
Contribute to maintaining Ofsted standards while supporting a culture of safety and growth.
What we’re looking for:
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who are qualified in Residential Childcare (or hold an equivalent qualification), or who can demonstrate strong relevant experience in children’s residential settings.
