Hours: 40 hours per week, Predominately Monday to Friday with ocassional weekends
Salary: £50000 plus company car and bonus benefits
We’re looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Senior Living portfolio, overseeing multiple sites across the region. You’ll inspire teams, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional food and service standards while driving commercial success.
What you’ll do:
Lead and develop multiple site teams to deliver operational excellence
Manage multiple P&Ls, budgets, and financial performance
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards are consistently met
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across your region
What we’re looking for:
5+ years’ senior management experience within catering or hospitality
Proven success managing multi-site operations and complex contracts
Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Flexible, self-motivated, and adaptable to change
Full UK driving licence
