Actual salary for 38.6 weeks per yr (term time only) 32.5 hrs per week £15,777
As part of our energetic, hardworking, and welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate pupils to strive for success, whilst supporting the development of a positive learning environment for all children within the school..
We are seeking someone who can:
Co-plan and deliver learning opportunities that help the children to enquire and be inspired by our curriculum and the world around them
Create opportunities for all learners to reach their potential, irrespective of their starting points
Support children in class, group and individual activities, both indoors and outdoors
Assist in monitoring children's progress, assessing achievement and recording results and observations, sharing outcomes with the Class Teacher
Maintain a safe and positive environment for all learners
The successful candidate will:
Thrive on challenge and making a difference to children’s lives
Be a good communicator, able to build rapport with children from a variety of ages, abilities, and backgrounds
Be flexible, adaptable, and consistently demonstrate a positive ‘can-do attitude’
Exude enthusiasm and the ability to ‘think outside the box’ - can work dynamically and responsively to the needs of pupils and the wider school
Show a commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem, and progress of everyone at the school
