What You’ll Need
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Strong understanding of EYFS and child development.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to early years education.
- Commitment to safeguarding and supporting children’s emotional wellbeing.
- Previous nursery experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support children’s learning and development from birth to five through engaging, play-based activities.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families to create a secure and nurturing environment.
- Assist with planning, delivering, and evaluating activities aligned with EYFS and the nursery’s bespoke curriculum.
- Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to developmental records.
- Help maintain calm, safe, stimulating indoor and outdoor learning spaces.
