Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic PRS Lettings Negotiator (SO2) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of property lettings, assisting tenants in finding their ideal homes and landlords in securing reliable tenants. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be critical in facilitating seamless transactions and building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. You will be responsible for managing the lettings process from start to finish, including property viewings, handling inquiries, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. As a PRS Lettings Negotiator, you will also stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, actively engaging with the local community to promote our available listings. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the real estate industry and possesses a keen eye for detail, along with a customer-oriented approach that prioritizes the needs of clients. Responsibilities
Conduct property viewings and provide prospective tenants with detailed information about available properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords to facilitate the lettings process.
Respond to inquiries and provide timely assistance to tenants and landlords regarding lettings services.
Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms between landlords and tenants, ensuring satisfaction for both parties.
Perform market research to stay informed about local property trends and competitive rental prices.
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Proactively advertise properties through various channels to attract potential tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
Requirements
Proven experience in property lettings or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
A solid understanding of property legislation and regulations governing lettings.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for property viewings and meetings.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £23.51
