What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who.
• is a highly effective team player with experience and understanding of working with SEN children)
• Ideally has a Early Years Educator qualification and can support children through transition from Nursery to Reception.
• enjoys supporting children and strives for excellence and enjoyment
• actively supports teaching staff to raise standards
• believes that every child should be given the opportunity to reach their true potential
• is committed to the safety and well-being of all pupils
• has excellent interpersonal, organisation, communication and time management skills
• will adhere to and support whole school policies and practices
