A London based AssetManager is looking for an Operations Senior Analyst to join their Middle Officeteam. In this role, you will assist the Operations Manager in delivering strategic and operational supportacross the business.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Administer Bloomberg systems, including OMS compliance rule coding and trade investigations.
- Ensure accurate implementation of investment restrictions and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and resolve trade violations and data issues.
- Oversee outsourced functions (Custody, Middle Office, Back Office, Banking) and ensure KPIs are met.
- Maintain operational checklists and escalate risk issues as needed.
- Support regulatory reporting and compliance processes.
Skills &Experience:
- Good experience in Operations within Asset Management.
- Proficient in Bloomberg AIM and PORT; knowledge of compliance coding.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Industry qualifications (IAQ, IOC, IMC) preferred.
